Quicken not updating all quotes

Now follow on-screen instructions to log in back with same Quicken ID. On the next screen enter your Quicken ID and Password and click Sign In9.I am new to Banktivity 6 and tried to import my Quicken data.Not successful in getting the investment data in as Quicken does not export this information.15 minutes ago I called Support and lit up the poor support person.After the phone call I googled Quicken Bill Pay reviews. I pretty much said what was you read in previous reviews. All I have to say is unacceptable and I'm a software engineer so understand all too well what is acceptable and what is not.I don't automatically download any financial transactions so for all I know what I'm about to tell you is what you're using already.
In addition, I wish we could download all Yahoo history (or at least x years worth) instead of just the one we are limited to.I have spent at least 8 hours on hold during this time, spoken with at least 3 supervisors, got a message from the escalation team, had my case escalated 3 times (or more), spoke with at least 15 different representatives, and despite my complaints, had at least 10 'tickets' opened that would insure that action would be taken. I am done with QBP, and very possibly with Quicken.
